Certification Process
Compliance Attestation
Related to choice of manufacturer or his agent in the European Economic Area, about compliance assessment modules , below are described preparation procedures, the conduct and the release of Compliance Attestation to essential requirements of 2013/53/UE Directive, about:
- design and construction of recreational units and jetskis;
- recreational units and jetskis subject to post-construction CE certifications (APC)
- noise emissions of recreational units, with inboard or outboard engine or outboard without integral exhaust and of jetskis;
- gas emission of marine engines
- noise emission of inboard and outboard engines with integral exhaust;
- following parts, when are put into community market separately and are allocated to be installed;
- Fire protection for inboard and outboard engines with outboard control
- System that prevents the start in gear protection devices for outboard engines
- Steering wheel, control system and cables
- Fuel tanks intended for fixed installation and fuel hoes
- Prefab hatches and portholes
- Busines sand production’s quality system;
Upon successful conclusion of the displayed certification process, the applicant receives the official document named

Certificate Model
Certifications concerning compliance assessment of products subject to 2013/53/UE Directive are issued on paper support, anti-counterfeiting, watermark type, with big “Shipswheel approval UDICER” logo printed by semi-transparent blue ink and two embossed “Shipswheel Approval UDICER” logos stamped on higher right corner and on lower left corner.
